10 Mile Para Fitness Challenge - Chester le Street 28th Nov
Have you ever wondered what sort of training British Airborne Troops go through to become a Para? Come along and try our 10 mile Para Challenge event consisting of tough group exercise dotted along a 10 mile run/walk carrying a small rucksack with equipment weighing 10KG.
Ex Army Fitness Instructor/Para/Diver Glenn Hill will lead the team for this amazing event, with a maximum of 20 competitors this is a unique challenging event with a professional personal touch.
MOUNT SNOWDON ASCENT (1085M) May 7th 2016
May 7th 2016 departing from Chester-Le-Street How would you like to tackle the highest mountain in Wales as part of a friendly fun group all in 1 day? Sounds interesting? Mount Snowdon is a stunning 1000m plus peak nestled within it’s own National Park in North Wales, rugged, beautiful and challenging to say the least. Walk or Run as part of a the safe and fun itrainhard fitness team!
- Roughly a 3.5 hour walk to the top on the Pyg track (7 hour round trip)

Enjoy this amazing long weekend in the Highlands summiting the highest mountain in UK (Ben Nevis 1.344M) and exploring other munros, whilst walking the ring of steall.
Three full activity days including 2 nights camping in Glen Nevis with beautiful views of the Ben. Take this oportunity to tick of the biggest UK mountain and explore the surrounding area all with a great bunch of people in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
Transport, camp site fees,sightseeing and mountain guide all included in this complete mountain experience package.
Ben Nevis is the highest UK mountain (classed as a Munro) standing at 1344m above sea level with a steep strenuous walk to the summit. Because Fort William is around sea level it makes the Ben seem even higher, and the temperature difference bettween the summit and town sometimes massive.(be warned)

Above Steall falls this circular route takes in four Munro peaks including Sgurr a Mhaim, Am Bodach, Stob Coire a Chairn and An Gearanach.
